We actually met through Instagram mutuals and found out we had so much in common - our shared love of photography, indie music, and our sense of humor just aligned. Once things started getting a little more serious, we decided to meet in person in Los Angeles to make sure we weren't weirdos. We hit it off (now we're weirdos together!)
We began a long-distance relationship (from Sacramento and Orange County) and flew to see each other every couple of months - that is until the pandemic hit. We spent 6 months apart. The next time we saw each other, we got engaged in a rose garden among our closest friends and family. *happy tears*
On June 26, 2021, we held our wedding in our front yard with our closest friends, family, and chaotic dogs - celebrating the end of a nearly 3 year long-distance relationship, and we've been literally inseparable ever since because we started documenting weddings together right after.
We've always had a love for photo + video, but our interest in weddings began when we had our own wedding documented, and we realized how much power it held in preserving moments we never wanted to forget - the vows we exchanged privately, my aging father walking me down the aisle, our dog that got to be present at our ceremony months before she passed.
These moments aren't just pretty photos for social media.
These moments matter to you, and that's why it matters to us.
When we're not partying at weddings, you can find us ravaging thrift stores, exploring coasts and forests, watching anime, quoting memes, and taking way too many photos of our dogs (yes, of course we'll show you.)
